1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Milele, including mileledating.com and related Milele services.

By creating an account, accessing Milele, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Milele.

2. Eligibility

Milele is an adult dating and relationship service intended for people in the United States.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You must provide accurate account information.
• You may not create an account for another person without authorization.
• You may not use Milele if your account has been banned unless Milele expressly permits you to return.

Milele may require a United States phone number or other information as part of account registration and fraud prevention.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for activity conducted through your account. Notify Milele promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to provide false or misleading information about your identity, age, relationship status, location, photos, or intentions.

4. What Milele provides

Milele provides tools that allow members to create profiles, discover other members, express interest, match, communicate, participate in events, and access other relationship-oriented features.

Unless Milele expressly states otherwise, Milele does not conduct criminal background checks, immigration checks, employment checks, financial checks, or comprehensive identity investigations of members.

5. Verification

Milele may offer verification features intended to increase trust within the community.

A “Photo Verified” or similar badge means only that Milele completed the verification process described for that badge. It does not mean Milele guarantees the member's identity, character, criminal history, immigration status, relationship status, location, intentions, or safety.

6. Member safety and interactions

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to interact with other members. Exercise good judgment when communicating online and meeting in person.

Milele is not responsible for the conduct of members on or off the service to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Milele is not an emergency service. If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact appropriate local emergency services.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Milele to:

• impersonate another person or create a deceptive profile;
• commit fraud or operate a romance, investment, cryptocurrency, gift-card, wire-transfer, or other financial scam;
• solicit money or financial assistance from members;
• harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse another person;
• distribute another person's private or intimate material without consent;
• upload stolen, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized photos;
• sexualize, exploit, contact, or depict minors;
• promote unlawful goods, services, or activities;
• send spam, unauthorized advertisements, or mass solicitations;
• attempt to bypass account restrictions, security controls, or bans;
• scrape, harvest, or automate access to member information without authorization;
• upload malware or interfere with Milele's systems.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Milele, subject to the rights needed for Milele to operate the service.

By submitting content, you grant Milele a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and provide the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload the content you submit.

9. Reporting and moderation

Members may report or block other members. Milele may investigate reports and may remove content, restrict functionality, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users when Milele reasonably believes action is appropriate for safety, legal, security, or community reasons.

Milele is not obligated to disclose confidential moderation methods, investigation information, or information relating to another user's account.

10. Subscriptions and payments

Certain Milele features may require a paid, automatically renewing subscription.

Pricing, renewal frequency, cancellation information, and material subscription terms will be disclosed before purchase. Additional terms are available in the Milele Subscription Terms.

11. Privacy

Milele's collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Suspension and termination

Milele may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these Terms, comply with law, prevent fraud, address security threats, or protect the service.

You may stop using Milele or use available account-deletion controls subject to applicable retention requirements.

13. Service availability

Milele may change, suspend, discontinue, or update features. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milele is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milele will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or interactions with other members.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

16. Changes to these Terms

Milele may update these Terms. Material changes may be communicated through the website, account notice, email, or another reasonable method.

Where required, Milele may ask you to accept updated Terms before continuing to use the service.
