MILELE PREMIUM
Subscription Terms

1. Milele Premium
Milele may offer optional paid membership plans that provide access to premium features.
The current Milele Premium offering is displayed at checkout before you purchase.
2. Automatic renewal
When you purchase Milele Premium, you authorize the recurring charge disclosed at checkout.
Unless you cancel before your next renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for another monthly billing period and the applicable payment method may be charged.
3. Payment processing
Milele uses Stripe or another disclosed payment processor to process subscription payments.
Milele generally does not store your complete payment-card number.
Your use of payment-processing services may also be subject to the payment provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.
4. How to cancel
You may cancel the automatic renewal of your Milele Premium subscription using the billing-management tools available through your Milele account.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation, Premium access continues through the end of the billing period that has already been paid.
Deleting the Milele application, closing a browser window, or simply not using Milele does not by itself cancel an active paid subscription.
5. Cancellation and account deletion
Canceling Milele Premium and deleting your Milele account are separate actions.
Canceling Premium stops future subscription renewals but does not automatically delete your Milele account.
Account deletion is available separately through the applicable account settings.
6. Failed payments
If a subscription payment fails, Milele or its payment processor may attempt to collect the payment again.
Premium features may be limited or suspended while a subscription is past due, unpaid, canceled, or otherwise inactive.
7. Refunds
Refund requests will be evaluated in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

Milele may change subscription prices or plan features in the future.
Where required, Milele will provide notice before a pricing change applies to a future renewal.
The price and billing frequency shown to you before purchase control the transaction you authorize.
9. Promotions and trials
Milele may occasionally offer discounts, promotional pricing, or trial periods.
Any special conditions, duration, conversion to paid membership, and renewal terms will be disclosed with the applicable offer.
10. Premium features
Premium features may change as Milele improves or modifies the service.
Purchasing Premium does not guarantee matches, dates, responses from other members, relationships, or any particular dating outcome.
11. Relationship to the Terms of Service
These Subscription Terms supplement the Milele Terms of Service.
Your use of Milele Premium also remains subject to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
